Dan Rosenthal is a RN with over 25 years of experience in Emergency Room, Critical Care, Long Tern Acute Care and Home Health Care. As a former Flight RN and EMT since 1976, he has experienced many situations where good on scene care provided by witnesses have saved many lives. He is a former ARC Professional Staff member, including 5 years on the ARC National Field Staff. A former AHA TCF in BLS, ACLS & PALS. He became an ARC Instructor Trainer in 1976 and has trained several thousand Instructors over 41years. Currently, an Instructor at the University of Texas at Arlington's OSHA Education Center he teaches the Medic First Aid Train the Trainer course as well as Ergonomics and Respiratory Protection. A HSI Master Trainer Emeritus, Dan is the President of his business, Workplace Nurses LLC in Gretna, LA. He has been a member of the HSI Program Advisory Group and is a Technical Consultant on various HSI courses versions 6, 7 and 8.
